For more than 20 years, I've helped small and mid-sized businesses as a consultant, manager, and on-site advisor, with deep hands-on experience in contractor and construction businesses. I've worked closely with owners to help them understand what their financials are actually telling them. Over time I've developed a clear process for seeing what's really happening in a business and helping owners turn that insight into better decisions and stronger profitability.
